Landscape Violations

I will be sending out violation letters for landscaping this month. If you get a letter and have any questions please contact me. We understand the times we are in however we also need to care about our subdivision. If you get a letter in regards to your fence please fill out the form attached to your letter. Without this form you will be in violation and subject to fines.

Our hope is that we have a best looking subdivision.

Queen Set

There is a homeowner with a 2yr old queen mattress set that needs a good home. If you are in need please email us.

Plant Sale

Many homeowners are in need of planting at least 4 shrubs. Notices have gone out and reminders will soon follow. However, if you are one of those homeowners or know of one please let them know that many nursery's are closing out stock. Now is the perfect time to buy and save money. The one store I know of is D&B Caldwell is 50% off all plants and trees. Any questions please let me know.

Safety

I'd like to remind everyone that safety is an important issue in our subdivision. We all watch the news and see the unfortunate things that happen in our world. Please remember to do the following and talk to your neighbors about doing the same. 1) Leave the lights on. If we all work hard at having outside lights on it helps keep would be robbers and vandals away. You can put the energy saving bulbs in for about $1 each. I did that 3 years ago and have not replaced a bulb yet. 2)Remind kids to watch for cars. We will never be able to keep them out of the street, but we can talk to them about moving to the sidewalk when there is a car. It is the responsibility of the parent to watch the kids but it's ours to help. Finally, if you see behavior that looks suspicious or destructive call the non-emergency police number 454-7531. If we all do these 3 small things Stonecreek will be the safest neighborhood in Caldwell.

Rocks

The landscaping company has please asked us to try to keep the rocks where they belong because they are spending too much time moving them back. They also noticed 4-wheelers have been driven on the common areas. If you see someone doing this please ask them to stop, or contact a board member, because it tears up the lawn and scatters rocks. Which means more money going to the landscaping company.
