Playground Bench

It is so sad to report.  The benches that are at the basketball court have been broke.  They were fixed and within a day the benches were broke.  So as a result the benches are going to be completly removed. 

HOA Dues

Can you believe that a year is almost gone.  With that being said just a reminder your HOA dues are coming up.  The dues are due by January 31st. 

Holiday Decoration Contest

Once again the HOA will be gving out a prize for the best decorated home.  The Committee will be touring the Sub-Division on December 13th.  So get ready and have fun decorating the outside of your home.  Good luck

During the Summer alot has happened.  The Common Areas - Pond on Blossom Way have been given a new look.  Trees as well as cattails have been planted.  Sorry our ponds have been valdalized.  As result the no trepassing signs have been placed.   Signs with "Children at Play" have been put up at the entrance of the sub as well as a large sign has been placed at the park to remind all of the Sub-Division rules.

Hello out there in Blog land.   Sorry for not posting earlier.   A lot has happen since the last blog.  There is a new board.  David Johnston President, Imelda Florez Vice President, Denise King Secretary, Cindy Thourston Bookeeper and the Members at large are Tonia and Jennifer.  

Been Awhile

It has been awhile mostly because there has not been a lot to post.  We had a great annual meeting and a new board has been elected.  Your new vice president will be posting details also a newsletter will be on its way.

We had a great meeting last night.  I will always wish we had more homeowners that care as much as I do.  Last night 14 homeowners did!  Watch for a newsletter and a new proxy.
