If the board has let the Management Company go, Who is going to handle Managing the subdivision?
The management company helped alleviate some of the board members duties. So now the board members have taken back on those responsibilities.
Is the Board going to have the time to manage this? It is a full time job.
All the board members have been sharing the responsibilities of managing the subdivision since January 30th, when we bought out Paramount. And as you can see by our budget we cannot afford to hire a management company.
