I will be sending out violation letters for landscaping this month. If you get a letter and have any questions please contact me. We understand the times we are in however we also need to care about our subdivision. If you get a letter in regards to your fence please fill out the form attached to your letter. Without this form you will be in violation and subject to fines.
Our hope is that we have a best looking subdivision.

How much longer are we going to live at Stone'r' Creek? I realize some people think it's funny to vandalize the sign but it should be cleaned off as soon as possible.
Is it really necessary for the landscape maintenence workers to start so early? I was woken up by their weedwacker and lawnmowers at 6:30am this week!
Regarding the landscapers we will give them a call about the start times. We will also make a note for next year now that it is winding down.
In regards to the sign we try our best to get it cleaned as quickly as we can. I would offer that anyone who lives in the subdivision can help out. Not only by trying to catch those in the act but also in the clean up.
